Only by maximizing ('visibilizing') the instance of SB that is triggered (assuming this is in same user-session, and is thus 'accessible' - for example a run triggerd from a desktop shortcut to a profile) so that the usual bar is visible in main UI.
In contrast, instances of SB triggered by Scheduled Tasks in Windows Vista-and-later are usually run by Windows in session-0 so are invisible anyway.
Note that if you visibilize a CLI-triggered instance of SB, it may not auto-close as it would normally...
