Be sure you're not connecting via FileZilla using SSL.... bear in mind also that firewalls can be application-specific.
If you're still having problems we'd need a Support Zip with debug-out submitted on a ticket (see links in article for how to submit one) to our Support Area. Do not post Zips (or links to them) on this open forum!
We'd probably need to try and connect to your FTP server (if reachable externally), so if you give permission in the original ticket, that saves us asking again, which is quicker. We obviously undertake not to read, alter, delete or download any existing files or folders.
