I've just noticed the same warning message, it was justified because I was deleting (say) 2499 of 2500 files, but the warning text is a bit strange since deleting "100% or more" of the files would be quite a feat. I assume SyncBack is taking the delete threshold and adding an "or more" to it, but it doesn't make much sense when the figure is 100%.
