Please note that Windows Task Scheduler is part of Windows OS, and not a part of SyncBackPro. As mentioned previously, there is no scheduler in SE/Pro, we are making use of Task Scheduler services in Windows by using a drill-down to it.

Can you specify when and where did this error occur?

It seems the user account you used to create the Scheduler task under does not have sufficient privileges/rights to run.

Did you create the schedule using our program (Modify profile > When > Edit Schedule)? Or was the schedule created from scratch from Task Scheduler itself?

Verify if the account you are using have administrative privileges.

It could also be that during creation of a schedule from our program (assuming that you are), there was a prompt to enter your Windows password, which you may have cancelled or suppressed it from showing, thus the schedule is trying to run using your Windows account with a blank password. If so, suggest entering your Windows password so that Scheduler can do its job. :)
