Security copy of my data before reinstalling Vista

Hello,

I am a beginner in SyncBackFree.
Due to various instability problems I have to reinstall Windows Vista.
I will reinstall all programz too.
I identified the files I should save but am not 100 % sure I didnt forget some.

Is there an option allowing to save all data files or what would you do?
All suggestions welcome.
