Code error at install/run 0xc0000022

How long have I use SyncBackFree on my computer without any problem. But for some time, you can not launch the application. I have this error code: 0xc0000022.
I uninstalled the program. Then I download the program to re-install. But when I want to run the exe file, I have this error code. 0xc0000022.
Do you have an idea for me? thank you
