Global change destination path for multiple profiles

I have been setting up multiple profiles that I run as part of a group.

There are currently something like 50 separate profiles which I have created and tested. There will be many more to come.

I need to change the drive letter of the destination from a letter to a mount path for all of these and was wondering if there was a way to easily do this in one go rather than having to manually modify each profile one at a time.

I had previously been using ViceVersa Pro and it effectively had all the details of the folders to be compared in one file and I was able to change the path with one edit.
