Internet access required?

I am trying to decide on what version of SyncBack I need. I have a workstation that runs industrial inspection equipment. It is not hooked to a network of any kind - completely standalone. I'm wanting to perform backups to an external hard drive. No cloud, no email, nothing but this computer. Do any of the versions of syncback require internet access for proper installation? Unfortunately, even temporarily connecting them to the internet is not feasible.
