Hi, you stated that stuck profile did a last scheduled run 4+ hours ago. But it's strange as based on your attached picture, the Next Run column doesn't show the next runtime values for that profile. In fact, non of the profiles that I can see has any Next Run value. So what/when are they scheduled for?
You could try pressing F5 to refresh the page. Then do a restart of SE, and reboot if required (try it in that order).
It may also be that the profile is 'left hanging' with an old value of Running logged internally (in its INI file) as Status, so you may need to try and kick it free by doing a Simulation or similar (to store another value as Status).
The last resort would be to delete and re-create the profile from scratch (possibly involving the deletion of component files if the user interface won't allow delete).
