I have some additional question, since I want to set up a exclusion filter for all Office applications temps.
What I did is set up two filtres:
~*.tmp - for older Office version temp files
~$*.* - for newer Office version temp files.
Unfortunately the latter filter seems to fail to be considered by SyncBackPro. I've just found in my backup folder a file called ~&NAME.docx.
Doesn't * after the dot stand for any file extension? Is it necessary to set up filters for Word (~$*.do*), Excel (~$*.xl*) and Powerpoint (~$*.pp*) separately?
