Group Profiles Display Question

I have two questions regarding group profiles :
1. I created a group profile and confirmed that it was working fine. I then copied the group and modified the setting regarding the revised source and destination. However, when I ran the new group, the two groups started to run ! I went back into the profiles and revised the names of each profile to differentiate them, but the changes were replicated in the copy of the group. What did I do wrong ?
2. The display of the group and sub task profiles are confusing. For example here is what I have:

Folder A
Folder B
+Folders Group 1
-Folder A
-Folder B
-Folder C
-Folder D
Folder C
Folder D
Folder E
Folder F
+Folder Group 2
- Folder E
- Folder F

Why are the subtask Folders not displayed for each individual group together - see the font colors for Folder Group 1 above?

I had 4 group profiles and it was very difficult to see which task belongs to which group. I hope you understand what the problem is.
