If you are certain you want to make an exact 1-to-1 copy of your first drive to 2nd drive, you can try creating a Mirror profile. Note that such (Mirror) profiles will backup/apply whatever changes you made on your Source drive, including file deletions. So files which you deleted several weeks ago and just realizing your mistake this week, you probably will find that the file has been deleted as well on the backup.

You can set up weekly Recurring scheduling via

Modify > When > Edit Schedule

To have the profile detect and automatically start its backup sequence when it detects the insertion of the second drive in your PC, you can set up

Modify > Expert > When > Insert > Run this profile when:

If you also have weekly Scheduling turned on, you may also want to enable the setting

Copy/Delete > Advanced > Silently fail if [Side] cannot be reached...

so that you will not be notified of a run failure whenever your drive is not plugged in and the Weekly Schedule kicks in.

The link below will provide a basic overview on the differences between Backup, Mirror and Sync profiles:

I'm sorry, but if you have two or more files named as:

0001.tif

There is no functionality in our program to differentiate such files apart, even though they may be different in size, date/time modification etc. The latest file that is going to be copied over to Destination with that filename will overwrite whatever existing "0001.tif" that is residing there.

Only suggestion I can provide is to name your files as date-format "DD-MM-YYYY.tif" and probably separating such files into differently named folders so that they will not overlap.
