Back up profiles to Destination's parent folder

I would like to automate backing up profiles. I've found great and working way to do that in the FAQ (replacing _Source with _Destination does the job).

I do have a problem with setting a parent path like:
%THISPROGRAM%" -export * "%_Destination%\..\Profiles

Every time I try it I keep getting -102 error code with no additional data what happened at all. Any hint are welcome.
