What is the Host?

Open SBM Console > Connection menu > Connection Details > copy the Hostname and Port

then

Open SyncBackPro on each machine > Preferences menu > Management Service Settings > paste Hostname/port here

What is the username and password?

Login to SBM Console > Service menu > Users > Add > Create user accounts (and password) to identify Machine1 and Machine2

then

on SyncBackPro > enter the user account created for Machine1 on the Management Service settings of Machine1 and Machine2 user account for Machine2, etc.

Note that you also need to configure

Service
- Groups
- Hostnames
- Security Profiles
etc

Just treat SBM Console/Service as similar to creating user accounts in Active Directory, in which you need to place the user under certain Groups, etc to define their permissions, etc.
