problem with am/pm time

Hi,
I would like to synchronize my files with a FTP server. Now i have a problem with the change time of the files.
The server indicates the times change with AM / PM. My files on the PC but are given with the 24 time.
Noted SyncBack not the time with AM / PM is specified?

Can that possibly adjust in the suitable settings?
