Do not see deleted files in my recycle bin

Hi,

I use syncback for a while now but have nex laptop and reinstalled all in windows 8.1.

I used to find the files syncback deleted in my recycle bin but now it seems they are not put in there anymore. Where can I change this option... I would like syncback not to delete the items at once but to put them in the bin.
