Amazon S3 - enter Bucket name without listing all buckets?

Hello!

RE: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/6615 ... g-included

Apparently, according to AWS, in order to see the list of buckets in their console (or apparently the SyncBack client) you must grant ListAllMyBuckets and GetBucketLocation for all S3 buckets ("arn:aws:s3:::*") to the user. As stated in this AWS blog post "as an aside, you currently can't selectively filter out certain buckets, so users must have permission to list all buckets for console access."

For security/privacy reasons, we want to setup a SyncBack user in Amazon S3 which can only see one bucket it uses inside the organization. Instead I'd rather just enter the bucket bucket name manually in a field.

Is there a work-around for this or could you (in a future version) allow the bucket name to be entered manually, perhaps with a TEST button? I'm guessing the main reason you provide a list of buckets to select from was for user convenience?

Thanks!
