Cleaning up backups

Hey guys,

Just curious how your normally handle this. I have Syncback Pro 6.3.x set to run backups from various places. They are all the type "Backup". Some come from FTP sites (backing up websites locally) and some come from local drives and some come from areas of my NAS (synology). ALl of this goes to a 4tb external HD that I rotate at my in-laws house ever few months in case my house burns down.

In any event. These are all set to straight "backup". As a result, my backup is getting onerous and if I ever had to restore from it it would be pretty ugly. What's my preferred method to clean this up? For example: I might have moved a folder of pictures from one location to another on my NAS device and when it backs up it copies them down again so now I have it in two locations on my backup. Is there a way to quickly sync it up now and then keep running normally again in the future?

Thanks in advance!
