Hello,
I would like to make backups of a distant Debian server.
I have a lot of small files under some complex directories structure, so MDSD command support is a must. And this should happens on a secured way (TLS/SSL).
I have tried already two FTP servers solutions but I run into troubles:
* VSFTPd: Lack of MLSD command support is problematic in my setup. I did'nt find a way to add it . But maybe I missed something?
* ProFTPs: Works great until I put FTPS (TLS/SSL) on. I have erratic connection closure, I can't figure out the root cause of it (works perfectly without TLS/SSL). Again I'm maybe missing something ...
So until there is a solution about the above mentioned issues, I'm wondering if SyncBackSE have a recommended FTP server solution, that hopefully will work correctly with both MLSD and TLS/SSL?
Regards
