Hi, that is the Differences window, which will show up during Attended/manual runs (unless disabled), or when running simulated or Restore runs.

However, if you wish to automate your profile runs, I would suggest creating a Schedule for it via:
Modify > When > Edit Schedule
so that the run will be automated and the Differences window will not appear in such Unattended runs. There are several other methods of automated runs which you can make use of to run your profile.
