Is your phone awake (screen is ON) when you are trying to setup the profile and clicking the "Find" button?

In addition, your device's WiFi settings must be set to be ON all the time (by default it turns OFF when the device is sleeping).

By the way, what do you mean when saying that youv've set a host name?
