Yes the device maybe always on, meaning powered on, but is the display ON (not sleeping) when you try to click the Find button? This is important ![Smile :)]()
SBMS settings must be left unchanged unless using the SyncBack Management System with SyncBackPro. So you'll have to remove what you have typed into the SBMS hostname setting (needs to be left blank) and restart SyncBack Touch.
Try connecting to your device by using its IP address. If you select Help from the SyncBack Touch menu you will see the IP address and port number that your device is currently using. Use that IP address and port number and enter them in the SyncBack Touch profile setup (instead of pressing Find). Then press the Test button to confirm the connection is working.
FYI, there is an extensive help section in SyncBackPro about SyncBack Touch. Just press F1 or the Help button when you are at the SyncBack Touch profile setup screen.
Thanks,
Kostas
