Hi Stefan, best thing to do is create a profile that uploads just one file to an empty folder on OneDrive. Also, modify that test profile by going to the Cloud->Advanced settings page and unticking the option "Retrieve a list of all the files..."
Before running it, enable debug out:
http://support.2brightsparks.com/knowle ... ation-file
1. With debug output enabled, run the profile then run the technical support wizard. Make a copy of the Zip file it produces.
2. Run the profile again, and I assume it will wrongly try to recopy the file. After it has finished run the technical support wizard again. That will create another Zip file.
3. Email both Zip files to support@2brightsparks.com
Thanks!
