Windows Phone version of Syncback Touch

Sorry - another newbie question.

I was hoping to use Syncback Touch to backup the Contacts on my wife's Windows phone. But the link given here is only for PC Windows, isn't it? I tried to follow the link from the phone, which said it couldn't handle those sorts of files.

I can find nothing on the Windows Marketplace: is there a Windows Phone version?
