Hi, if it's starting with Windows then you may want to set it to delay (see Misc profile settings page, or use the -countdown command line parameter) before running the profile. That way you can leave Windows to connect to the network devices. I'm also using Windows 8.1 and sometimes Windows itself complains it (Windows itself) cannot reconnect network drives, but if I open them in Explorer they are connected.
If it is set to use the supplied username and password first then it will always do that. If that fails then it will use the defaults (Windows decides what the defaults are).
On the Network->Advanced settings page you can configure it to not disconnect.
Try not entering a username and password and configuring it not to disconnect. That way it will just connect using the default username and password.
We're reviewing the network code and will change it so that if no username and password is supplied then it will first check to see if it's already connected. If so it won't attempt to reconnect and won't disconnect at the end of the profile run (no matter what the setting). This means it will be leaving it all up to Windows.
