I think I've narrowed down that indeed this is a problem with IZArc. I've identified that it insists the same files have CRC errors repeatedly, but only on encrypted files, (regardless of the encryption bit setting). Actually, even the same files Zipped with IZArc (with encryption) fails CRC check on unzipping, so this is certainly something on their end.
The reason I came here first is because 7-Zip refuses to open the ZIP archives from SyncBack at all (it is about 2.5GB), so I thought it might be a SyncBack common issue at first.
Can you tell me: does SyncBack automatically switch to ZIP64 compression to deal with large archives? The 7-Zip FAQ suggests the following when it cannot open an archive: "In 99% of these cases it means that the archive contains incorrect headers."
