Hi Dave, Yes, I'm not suggesting that there is anything wrong with your engine. The fact that IZArc fails CRC on its own archives was the bullet into its own head. I'm stumped why 7-Zip won't open these large archives, I will try to find the version you were using and experiment with, and outside of that, I may just invest in WinZIP or WinRAR.
