1) Your post states SE but you posted in the Pro area (I've moved it)

2) v5.9.2.8 (released Aug 2010!) is out of date even for V5 (superseded by V6 in Oct 2011). Latest V5.20.0.0 is available for free update:

Do not uninstall / reinstall, or you'll lose your profiles & settings. Just install 'over the top'

3) Please note that technical support for versions of SyncBackSE and SyncBackPro prior to version 6 has officially ceased. Any technical support given is provided at our sole discretion and should not be treated as a precedent in any way. We reserve the right to discontinue any dialogue regarding unsupported versions, either for a current ticket/post, future tickets/posts or both. No further updates, fixes, or changes will be made to unsupported versions of SyncBackSE or SyncBackPro.

4) It's not clear what you mean by 'job', given that we don't use the term (precisely because it's ambiguous). I guess you mean either a 'profile' or a (Scheduled) 'Task'?

5) Not clear on how (unless Scheduled) the program can even be running if you 'log out'? No infrastructure details, and no idea what a "SyncBack server" means ;)

6) Not clear on which passwords these are, or where they are "setup" (entered in the profile? FTP? Network? Compression/Encryption? Something else?). If they're not entered (embedded) in the profile, SE has no control over them.

7) If the software hasn't changed since 2010, and it just started happening, something else presumably changed....
