Re: "clean up" button

Which "Clean Up button" do you mean? Are you referring to the button under:

Modify > Simple > Choose sub-directories and files

If so, that Clean Up button under this File & Folder dialog window applies to sub-directories too.

There is also an option to enable Clean up Automatically.
