Limited upload speed to Google Drive

Hi Guys,

I've noticed that when backing up any data to Google Drive, my upload speeds seem to be limited to 1mbps, despite my connection being capable of 10mbps up.

To the best of my knowledge, Google Drive does not have such an upload limit, so I'm wondering what might be causing this?

It's currently taking me several days to upload 150 gig, which as you can imagine is quite impractical

Any ideas?
