SyncBack and godaddy's onlinefilefolder

Hello,

I have more then 20 Syncback SE/Pro licences installed at many of my clients.

I use FTP server (onlinefilefolder.com) to store files I wish to spread to my clients, and in all these installations, I have a backup profile that backup files from the remote FTP server to the local client (using Passive ftp connection).

Lately, all profiles are unable to backup, with an error (it can't get the list of the files).
The FTP server is running, and I manage to download using FileZilla.

Any ideas?
