No, sorry - not supported. There's a way to segregate a full backup you plan to create in one Destination (and then store subsequent changes on Source in a separate Destination on later runs), but there's no way to compare X & Y and store the differences between them in Z. If you compare X & Y, all proposed actions must apply to Y (or X)
