After re-thinking your issue, you might still get the 'already running' error even if you set the delay timing to start a profile. The reason is because SyncBackPro would actually get two insertion triggers (notification coming from your Windows OS) in quick succession for the same drive (letter, label, etc). If so, your profile would still get triggered twice...
Even if you set a time delay long enough in the profile so that it waits long enough to catch the drive when it re-appears, there is a likelihood that you may still get the same error due to the second trigger.
Unfortunately, it doesn't seem possible to force BitLocker to mount as a different drive letter (or label, etc) when it's unlocked as opposed to the first mounting when locked. Otherwise, we would be able to configure the profile to only trigger upon the unlocked ID. Googling for this matter didn't turn up any results. So it appears that it's not a configurable option.
At the moment, it doesn't appear OnInsert would work well with Bitlocker flash drives. Will you consider switching OnInsert off when working with such drives? You can try to drag-and-drop that Group onto your Desktop as an icon and triggering it the 'manual' way (double-click) once your drive is properly unlocked and ready for use.
If anybody else has further suggestions, they are welcome to chip in.
