For 'folders', I doubt it. The SB products don't 'think' in terms of 'folders-full', just in 'files' and 'full scope' (the total file-set referenced by Source/Dest path). AKAIK there's no internal logic/provision to calculate the size of a particular folder (unless it happens to be the full scope, i.e a single-folder profile with no subfolders), because it bases no decisions on such parameters, hence neither calculates nor 'exposes' their values, hence unlikely you could easily intervene by writing an installable script in the Pro version.
For file size, though, there is functionality built-in to all V7 variants, via
Modify -> Expert -> Compare Options -> File Size -> bottom two options
Note that the default '0' settings mean 'not applicable' (off) - they don't actually refer to 0-byte files; however you can ignore 0-byte files if required by using (ignoring) [less than] [1] byte
