SyncBack Pro and backing up Gmail

I'm looking to moving my email to Google Apps for Domains and need a backup solution (backing up my email from gmail to a backup)

I've used SyncBackSE for a number of years (it has done exactly what I needed it to do) and noticed that the PRO version has IMAP4 support

I have a few questions:

Any there any known restrictions that would prevent this from working with Google Apps for Domains?

Does SyncBackPro backup and restore support gmail labels?
