Gave it a try and it's moved on a bit - I can now enter the proxy details, but when I go to refresh my buckets I get the message "Cloud error 407: HTTP/1.1 407 Proxy Authentication Required". Pretty much what I'd expect given what you said initially.
At this point I'm more than happy to test any solutions you might have, but it's no longer a priority for me to get this working, so if you want to put it on the backburner then that's not a problem.
