SyncBackFree (freeware) • Error: send HELO/EHLO first

Hello - We are currently evaluating Syncback free version and when attempting to setup email logs we get the following error:

Error with sending sender;Server says: 503 5.5.1 Error: send HELO/EHLO first

Is there a simple way to resolve this with the Syncback program?
