Tst email log

When I try to send a test email I get the following message

2/20/2013 7:30:26 AM: 421 Cannot connect to SMTP server 76.96.40.155 (76.96.40.155:25), connect error 10060

I think this is using port 25 for smtp and my provider uses 465.

How can I change this? I tried the "must login to smtp" option with same results.
