keep 10 completes zip backup

Hello all,

I want to do complete backup of complete folder, in a unique Zip file, but I want to keep 10 Zip files corresponding to the last 10 backups.
I want also to delete the old zip files ( more than the ten I want to keep)

I don't see how to do that
