Hi,

You can create a custom HTML email message body from Modify Profile > Expert > Log > Email Log > Advanced settings page:

1.Tick the option ‘I want to customize the email body’

2.Go to HTML tab

3.Add HTML formatting commands to change the font type, size or color (<FONT>) or bold a text (<B>)

4.Apply changes and test the email notification using the ‘Test Email Settings’ button under 'Email Log' settings page

Please read the help for additional details on customizing an email body. With Email Log > Advanced page opened, press F1 to open the contextual help.
