Failed to Copy Locked File

Everything was backing up just fine, I just noticed errors last week.

I even had it so it closes the program before the profile runs but no luck.

Happens with ACT! Database and QB Files.

Failed to copy from Source : File is locked (C:ACT.ADF): The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process
