Upgrade (to SE or Pro). They have options to log such 'missing' files as Warnings (<> Failure) i/s/o Errors (= Failure). The free version does not.
I guess the issue is that the program itself is deleting the log in readiness for replacing it (because in the Free version you can only have one log per profile, in SE/Pro it is configurable) - but the current/new log is incomplete (thus still in RAM) so hasn't yet been written to disk to replace it.
Of course you could simply de-select the folder, but that means you won't get a backup of the program folder. Or, add an exclusion filter for
*\that folder\*.html
which means you won't get copies of the logs, but you will get everything else.
You can set your Log Storage to somewhere else (other than the program folder), but you will likely still get the issue, though (if you back that location up)
