Hello,
I am a relatively new user of SyncBack, and am currently having the following small problem:
I am backing up a single folder from an external HDD to a Microsoft SkyDrive network folder.
Whilst the task is 99% successful, an error does appear for one particular, important file. Lets call it "spreadsheet.xlsx".
The error is "Failed to copy from Source : Safe copy failed. Failed to rename temp file: Cannot move file (183): Cannot create a file when that file already exists".
I have attempted to delete the file from SkyDrive, but after successfully completing the backup once, the error returns.
I have searched the forums and KB, and all I could find was this: http://www.2brightsparks.com/help/index ... rticle=374 mentioning NAS Firmware upgrade - I am not 100% sure what this mean, but I don't think it applies if I am using online storage, correct?
Any assistance you can offer is much appreciated.
Sincere regards,
Ryan Carmichael
