Copying empty file

Hi;

I have a file that is sometimes empty (zero bytes), but it still needs to be copied. I ran this job today, but it skipped this file, because it existed on the destination. While it was the same size (0 bytes), the filedates were different, and I was expecting it to be copied. The log entry reads "In Both. File sizes same."

How can I force this file to be copied?
