SB profiles do not have any atomic "mode" setting per se. What you see in the "Type" column is determined by the combination of multiple settings, which you specified in the "Decisions - Files" (and "Decisions - Folders") section of your profile.

If the current combination of decisions matches the standard behavior of "Mirror Right" profile, then you will see "Mirror Right" in the "Type" column. If the current combination of decisions matches the standard behavior of "Backup" profile, then you will see "Backup" in the "Type" column. And so on. If the current combination of decisions does not match any pre-determined behavior, the you will see "Custom" in the "Type" column.

So, that tells you what you need to do to change the profile type to "Mirror Right": just go to profile settings and change everything in the "Decisions" section to produce the "Mirror Right" behavior. Once you do that, the profile type will automatically change to "Mirror Right".

But instead of adjusting every behavioral setting manually you can use "shortcut" buttons available in the "Decisions" section if you click the "Click here to see more options" bar at the top. These shortcut buttons will automatically adjust all necessary decisions to match the corresponding profile behavior.
