Nothing is wrong. Those are not error messages, they are information messages, because you (presumably?) have the Log option set to

'Log the reason why files/folders on [side] are ignored/skipped'

and the reason those files are ignored/skipped is because they are the same

For your information, it also notifies you that Versions are available
