Sync files/subfolders only if directory exists on the right.

I'm trying to set up a sync profile to sync files and folders, both ways, only if the folder exists on the right.

For example, I have an active projects folder:

[active projects: [right(local)]...............[active projects: [left(server)]
project1........................................... project1 (syncs both ways)
project2........................................... project2 (syncs both ways)
...................................................... project3 (ignores this directory)
project4........................................... project4 (syncs both ways)

I want to have one profile do this, and operate in this way that way users do not have to micromanage the sync partnerships, or choose directories each time. Is this possible? Right now it will ignore directories on the left if they are empty, is there a way to ignore them if they do not exist on the right?
