SyncBackFree (freeware) • OneDrive not accessible

Just installed and run software. All went well excelt OneDrive. OneDrive cannot be backup up. Get this message:
\OneDrive\.849C9593-D756-4E56-8D6E-42412F2A707B because of running processes?

How to resolve?
