I need to transfer my SyncbackSE profiles to a new computer. I have my old install of SyncbackSE 5 on a hard drive that I've connected to my new computer via a USB dock. I have installed SyncbackSE 6 on the new computer.
I had several profiles and a pretty elaborate set-up for back-up on the old hard drive. It would be a big help if I can transfer the profiles to the new computer.
I do not have an export of the profiles from the old hard drive. Wish I did.
I looked for the profiles in the local settings folders and did not see them. There is dbug.ini, settings.ini and dsettings.ini.
I saw where the profiles may be saved to an .sps file, and did a search but found no files with that extension on the old hard drive.
I tried to run syncback from the old hard drive via the USB connection and it treated it like a new install and asked for the reg code. Putting in the code didn't bring up the profiles.
I'd really appreciate any help in recovering these profiles and transferring them to my new computer!
