Sorry - how would we do that? You cannot store the same file twice with the same name in the same location. Either we have to change the location or we have to change the name...both of which defeat the object of a backup program, which is to maintain the same name and path (so we can Restore files to where they came from with the same name)
We do have Versioning, if that would help. See

Press F1 with Versioning settings page open for contextual Help. Note that Versions are made on Destination for files copied to (or deleted from the Destination by the actions of the profile. Same for 'on Source'. No Versions will be made on Source unless something is copied to (or deleted from) the Source by the profile and that action replaces (or deletes) a file that was there already. Thus, setting Versioning on Source for a backup profile is a waste of time, as it won't copy anything in that direction, so nothing will happen re Versions on Source
